Terms of service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Who we are
Camera Info Stamp ("the tool") is provided by Chris van Twisk Photography, 11 The Dell, Grantstown Park, Waterford, X91 V3P4, Ireland ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@chrisvantwiskphotography.com.
2. Ordering and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's checkout buyer terms.
The price, including any taxes that apply to you, is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Your license
When your payment is complete, you receive a license key by email. The license gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tool in a web browser, on up to 2 devices at a time, for as long as we offer the tool.
You may use the images you create with the tool for any personal or commercial purpose. We claim no rights to your photos.
4. What you may not do
- Share your license key, or let others use it.
- Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the tool or its code, or publish it anywhere else.
- Try to bypass the license check, the device limit or any other protection.
- Use the tool in a way that is unlawful or harms our service.
If you break these rules, we may switch off your license key. The same applies to a full refund or a chargeback on your payment.
5. Availability and changes
The tool runs from our server and needs an internet connection to open. We aim to keep it available, but we don't promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may update the tool, for example to add lenses or fix problems. Updates that are part of the same product are included in your price.
6. No guarantee of accuracy
Lens and camera lists are compiled from public information and may be incomplete or contain errors. You can always type in a custom lens or camera. The tool is provided "as is".
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the tool is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Refunds
See our refund policy.
9. Privacy
See our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms, and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without taking away any protection that mandatory consumer law gives you where you live.
